Why Wellness Coaching?

If you are feeling tired, stressed and overwhelmed with the demands of modern life, the expectations to be “on” 24/7, but you have a feeling that there should be a different way to live that aligns with your needs and expectations, you are in the right place!

You want to get out of a mindless routine to build one focusing on establishing connections with yourself and others, developing healthy habits that give you the energy to show up as you want and not as you can, and have an overall elevated way of living.

We make so many choices a day, so having a clear objective is key to make each one of them aligned and purposeful.

And here is where I come in!

I will be your partner in this Wellness journey, asking the relevant questions to uncover your goals and develop the strategies to achieve them. These are deep changes and I will keep you accountable, nudge you and help you re-focus when necessary.

I get it, I have struggled with the information overload, the self doubt and the lack of direction on how to connect with my body in a mindful way.

Maybe you know exactly what to eat but somehow you cannot make it a habit, or you find the information confusing, or you tried things that did not work as they were supposed to. You may suffer from a chronic illness that you want to manage through diet and lifestyle changes, but do not know how to start. Or it is just plain exhaustion of the latest fad diet and miracle workout as they do not align with you even though “everyone else is doing it”. Let’s work together not to fit in, but to “fit out” from other people’s paths and find yours.

I will help you make sense of it all and focus on what you need and want in this phase of life.

Your Wellness Coach will:

  • help you reconnect with your body and mind

  • listen with an open mind to help define key areas to focus on to build behaviors to elevate your wellbeing

  • be a guide and sounding board to build action plans and course correct as needed

  • be the accountability partner to make this a long lasting lifestyle change

At TUC we believe that a “Healthy Lifestyle” is not only the food we eat, but all things we invest our time on: relationships, spirituality, movement, an interesting social life, home environment, and creativity to name just a few. Addressing these themes ensure no stone is left unturned and that the elevated lifestyle you want to create transpires to all aspects of your life.

This holistic approach will work on the root causes of the behaviors we are looking to modify instead of following a "quick fix" style prescriptive plan.

Why are we “Holistic”?

Unique tailored Programs

The key to success in lifestyle re-design is focusing on your preferences, likes, dislikes, tastes, health condition & anatomy. I do not want to change who you are, we want to take your attributes and make them work for you. We will develop strategies and habits that work with the phase of life you are in. We will deep dive into your life to analyze what is holding you back and address it in an efficient way. We want you to regain control to craft a vibrant, energetic and joyful life.

This program is transformational but not prescriptive, you will have to do the work to find the answers that suit you, but rest assured I will be by your side, guiding, listening, gathering thoughts and asking the hard and right questions. It can be uncomfortable at times, but it is quite fulfilling to be in charge and become the best you can be. Nobody can do it for you.

How does it work?

We will first have a Connect Session (complimentary), where we will review your health history and lifestyle, and learn about your intended focus for the program. We also make sure we are a good fit to work together.

If we agree to embark on the program, we will have a 50-minute session every other week for 6 months (12 sessions total).

Why 6 months?

We have seen that 6 months is enough time to form new habits and stick with them, and also deviate from them. In this timeframe you will be exposed to a plethora of different life situations (think holidays, parties, vacations) that can jeopardize your progress, so the coach will provide accountability and support to help you navigate these situations to regain your focus and improving your chances of success.

Ultimate Wellness Coaching Program

You are good at incorporating new habits but are ready for a Holistic Wellness Tune up?

This would be a 90 minute session where we will talk about nourishing foods, mindful movement, stress and energy management, the importance of breath-work, and other topics that makes this a holistic approach.

As preparation for this session, you will complete a health history form and share what your goals are so we can make the most of our time together.

You will leave with tools and strategies to elevate your lifestyle immediately.
