TUC Yoga is taught in private and semi-private sessions to provide personalized attention, modifications and a judgement-free environment. The goal at TUC yoga is to help you establish a life-long practice that you can take anywhere you go.

TUC Yoga classes can be taken as part of the Transformative Health Coaching sessions or on their own.

Meet the founder: Agustina Rastelli

Hello! I am Agustina. I am originally from Argentina. I would describe myself as a long life/very very diverse learner. I have degrees in Business, Politics and Art History. I had a successful corporate career in Big Consulting and Oil & Gas, and I was part of the management team of quite an important art gallery. I was fortunate enough to live in several places around the world but the one thing that always stayed the same was my curiosity to try new things (I just remembered I also spent time in France learning the secrets of bread baking, when sourdough baking was not a thing :)

Then my world was rocked. I became a mother and moved immediately after (immediately like 2 months after!) to the Middle East. It was such a wonderful but challenging time. Being far away from family, in a different environment, with a whole new role that challenged my identity…it was rough. I felt the need to do some inward work. And because things do not happen by chance, I came across the most wonderful Yoga Teacher. She guided me through this journey that ended by going through the Hatha Yoga Teacher Training.

I have practiced Yoga for 20+ years, and it has changed the relationship with my body and mindset. Since becoming a teacher in 2015, I have taught the fundamentals of yoga in private sessions and in small groups. I work in intimate settings as I believe yoga can only be transformative if practiced in a judgement-free environment where I can focus on providing personalized guidance and corrections, and students can concentrate on themselves and their journey without intimidation or comparison.

Triggered by the benefits of their yoga practice, some of my students wanted to be healthier but they could not sustain it long term. They were caught in a rut of fad diets, crazy workouts, and miracle foods that left them feeling guilty, tired, unhappy and demotivated. It made me think of my life-long journey, how hard it has been on my own, how much validation I craved from others, how many diets I tried, how hungry and sluggish I had felt. But I knew that what worked for me may not work for everyone. I knew there had to be a holistic approach focusing more than on food and exercise, because I only saw change when I went deeper.

It took me quite a bit to find the right program, but I persisted. I wanted to get the tools to make other’s paths easier than mine.

That is how I became a Holistic Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition based in NYC and began this platform so we can all start feeling our best. Not anyone else’s version of it.

I am glad you are here! Let’s get this community going.
